Fortior Homes Limited was established in October 2016 by Stoke-on-Trent City Council as a catalyst for development in the city region. Working closely with developers, funds, and housing providers, Fortior Homes stimulates housing growth of the right type, in the right location.

ACCREDITED LANDLORD

Fortior Homes is accredited under the Landlord Accreditation North Staffordshire, which aims to:

Operate a scheme that promotes good physical conditions of properties and good management practices
Create and maintain a stock of private rented accommodation to an accredited standard and which meets the legal requirements
Recognise those landlords who provide housing that meets or exceeds the accredited standard
Give prospective tenants the choice of renting a good standard of accommodation
